Meeting was called to order at 4pm.
Those in attendance: John Heffernan, Maureen Banner, Susan Johnson,
Wendy Jensen, Roz Halberstadter, and Lynne Leavitt.
Discussion and final approval of applicant rejections. Letters were addressed and will be mailed
tomorrow.
Suggestions and timing for this year's programs were raised.
Committee members volunteered to investigate and discuss these topics with contact person, and they will report back to group at next meeting.
Next meeting is Thursday, February 3rd at 4pm.
Meeting was adjourned at 5pm.
